Installation
Welcome to the start of a transformative epoxy floor installation, delivering durability and a stunning finish tailored to your needs. Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial settings, this process ensures high quality using advanced techniques, best practices, and premium materials. It includes assessing the concrete for moisture and irregularities, managing environmental factors like humidity, and applying precise methods to prevent issues like cracking. By incorporating high-quality, industry-approved epoxy resins and additives, known for their superior adhesion, chemical resistance, and longevity, we guarantee a robust foundation. This sets the stage for a safe, structurally sound, and aesthetically customized floor, suited to any space.
Process Step by Step
1. Assess the Concrete Floor Condition
We start by thoroughly inspecting the existing concrete surface to identify any cracks, uneven areas, moisture issues, or contaminants that might affect the final result, ensuring a solid foundation for the epoxy application.
2. Prepare the Surface and Perimeter
The surface and perimeter are prepared by leveling the concrete to remove imperfections and create an optimal texture for adhesion. Skirting is established along the perimeter to ensure seamless edges and a cohesive finish throughout the space.

3. Repair Any Cracks
Any cracks are addressed by widening minor ones, cleaning out debris, and sealing them tightly. Larger cracks receive a flexible, specialized filler to restore structural integrity and prepare the surface for further treatment.
4. Apply Priming Layer
A priming layer is enhanced by adding a primer coat to boost bonding and seal the concrete. For high-traffic or industrial areas, an additional primer layer is considered, with an optional textured surface added for improved traction based on specific needs.

5. Install Membrane (Industrial Settings Only)
A membrane is incorporated (in industrial settings only) by applying a reinforcing layer over the primed surface to prevent cracks, a critical step for spaces subject to heavy loads.
6. Apply Finish Coating
The finish coating is completed with two layers applied to ensure durability and a polished look. Adequate time is allowed between applications for the first layer to set, enhancing the longevity and aesthetic appeal of the floor.
NOTE: The floor will take approximately 1 week to fully set and should not be used during this period to ensure optimal curing and durability.
